Weigh in Wednesdays

It's time that I get back on track with my journey to health. While I believe all around health is more than just weight, it's time to start paying attention to that as well.

By November I was down around 162. When I weighed in this morning, I was up to 165. So a minor setback. I'm ready to get at it again.

In fact, Monday I am starting a book study of Made To Crave with a group of over 33,000 women! I'm so excited.

Beyond that, I am going to work on eating better. With tight finances, going extremely strict isn't an option right now, so I am going to start using myfitnesspal again. My screen name is godsbeloved110 if you're on there too. I am going to start tracking my water intake as well.

  1. So, I'm not sure when I first came across your blog, however I see that at some point I subscribed and am just catching up! I do WIW too! There is actually a group of us in a WIW Facebook page. The group of women there have been such an encouragement to me, and a lot of us use MFP and are friends on there as well to just encourage one another in our health journey's. If you are interested in the FB group or linking up with us for WIW post, you can click to Kim's blog (the host) via my last WIW post. :)
It's awesome that you are getting back on track before the set-back becomes more than something minor. I wish I had done the same, LOL. Looking forward to encouraging you on your health journey!

  2. RaZella, correct me if I'm wrong but MustLoveGod connected us. I so miss the banter, love, support and over all doing life together from all corners of the country that we had in the group of contributors. I haven't quite found that again. So glad to have you along in the made to crave journey as well.

  4. You are more than forgiven! I saw your name on the blog hop and was like "why is that name so familiar?" It took a while before the connection to be made.
